I lived in Fremantle for a number of years and across the Swan River was an old sugar factory which I think was eventually converted to fancy apartments. It might have been the inspiration for the location....

I never give away what any of my paintings are actually 'about'. That is for you to decide. The titles are merely hints, signposts, straws to clutch while you work out what the work is saying to you!
