Limited Edition Illustrations of scenes from Shakespeare by artist claire reika wright

In early 2003 I began work on a set of 10 digital paintings based on scenes from the plays of William Shakespeare. These were to become limited edition prints and were made using a combination of painting, drawing, photography and digital image wizardry. By August the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford Upon Avon were successfully selling them in their theatre shop. Interest in these prints from other galleries and from my own "Painted lady" exhibition at The Mill Arts Centre in Banbury has been huge and in February 2004 I released a second series of six prints which have also been sold by RSC as well as The Pennyfarthing Gallery in Banbury.
